Join SHARE! Our union’s strength depends on the voices, participation and membership of our members. By becoming a member, you will be part of a community of 400 employees at UMass Chan who take care of each other. Together, we have a strong collective voice for negotiating with the Medical School about pay, benefits, and how work gets done. Being a union member gives you a say at work about decisions that affect your work life. You can learn more about why SHARE membership matters here.
